If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund it or exchange it.

Trying is believing. Give our shoes a shot for 8 days, and if you are not walking on cloud 9, we will take them back-no questions asked.

How do I return/exchange an item?

Products can be returned or exchanged within 8 days from the date of delivery of orders.

If you wish to place an return or exchange request. Please click on SCHEDULE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN within 8 days of delivery with your order number to receive a return or exchange the shoes. Kindly ensure to upload  at least 3 images for us to analyze the condition of the product.

Kindly note you can place the return/exchange request on the above link on the website post 24 hours of the delivery of the order.

Return/Exchange request placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 8 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor  the  request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.

Following products are not eligible for return:

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

Products sold during SALE period. In case of a size issue, defective or damaged product, we would be happy to assist you in exchange for the orders placed during the sale.

Exchange is subject to size availability

Any item that have been worn or washed.

We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.

Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team or the desired product or size is in stock.

In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well

A return and exchange request can be placed only once for any order.

In case any return/exchange request is rejected basis physical quality check by SOLECRAFT, the customer is not eligible for the return-refund or exchange request. In an event he/she wants to use the sent the merchandise, SOLECRAFT  will courier the merchandise on the required address, however the cost of logistic and handling (to be intimated at the time of courier) to be borne by the customer and to be paid in advance to the SOLECRAFT team. In case of failure of the logistic cost paid in advance, SOLECRAFT will not ship the product.


How will I receive my refund?

Refund’s will be processed within 10-12 days from the date of returned/exchanged items being received in our warehouse and have been intimated to the customer that are eligible for refund request.

All Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders shall be done in the bank account details provided at the time of placing the refund request

Note:-  We’ll take care of getting the package back to us, but shipping fees aren’t refunded on the original order.
