If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund it or exchange it.


For an incorrect order delivered, it will be a free exchange or full amount refund. For a correct order delivered, a reverse shipping fee of ₹ 350|- will be charged on the new exchange or will be deducted from the refund amount.

An incorrect order includes delivery of the incorrect size, color, and product originally ordered, as well as defected products.


At our shoe company, we've adopted a transparent approach to pricing. We charge a nominal fee of Rs 380 for returns or exchanges. Here's why:

  1. No Markup for Exchange Shipping: Unlike many other brands, we don't mark up our products to cover the cost of exchange shipping, which typically amounts to around Rs 500. By doing so, we ensure that everyone can enjoy comfortable shoes without inflated prices.

  2. Maintaining Affordability: Adding exchange shipping costs directly to the product price would significantly increase the overall cost, making it challenging for the average buyer to afford our shoes. Our approach allows us to maintain affordability without compromising on quality.

  3. Ensuring Comfort for All: Our goal is to make sure that every person can experience comfort without breaking the bank. By keeping our prices fair and transparent, we aim to provide a positive shopping experience for all our customers.

By charging a modest fee for returns or exchanges, we can continue to offer high-quality, comfortable shoes at an affordable price point for everyone.


How do I return/exchange an item?

Products can be returned or exchanged within 8 days from the date of delivery of orders.

If you wish to place an return or exchange request. Please click on SCHEDULE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN within 8 days of delivery with your order number to receive a return or exchange the shoes. Kindly ensure to upload  at least 3 images for us to analyze the condition of the product.

Kindly note you can place the return/exchange request on the above link on the website post 24 hours of the delivery of the order.


Following products are not eligible for return:

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

Products sold during SALE period. In case of a size issue, defective or damaged product, we would be happy to assist you in exchange for the orders placed during the sale.

Exchange is subject to size availability

Any item that have been worn or washed.

We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.

Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests

 A return and exchange request can be placed only once for any order.

In case any return/exchange request is rejected basis physical quality check by SOLECRAFT, the customer is not eligible for the return-refund or exchange request. 


How will I receive my refund?

Refund’s will be processed within 10-12 days from the date of returned/exchanged items being received in our warehouse and have been intimated to the customer that are eligible for refund request.

All Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders shall be done in the bank account details provided at the time of placing the refund request

Note:-  We’ll take care of getting the package back to us, but shipping fees aren’t refunded on the original order.
