Return policy 

It is important that you are 100% happy with your choice of solecraft shoes.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund it or exchange it.

Trying is believing. Give our shoes a shot for 8 days, and if you are not walking on cloud 9, we will take them back-no questions asked.

If the product is returned after 8 days which is solecraft standard return period or the item is damaged or not in its original packing, solecraft will be unable to honor a refund for the shoes and the decision of solecraft shall be final. No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 8 days from the time of delivery of the product.

Please click on SCHEDULE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN within 8 days of delivery with your order number to receive a return or exchange the shoes.

You will receive a confirmation as soon as the product is received, and your payment will be processed within 8 business days of receipt of the returned package.
